1. What We Collect

When you book a trip, request a consultation, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, country, hotel, and any details you choose to share about your trip preferences.

2. Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see, receive, or store your full card number, CVV, or bank details — that data goes directly to Stripe’s secure, PCI-compliant systems.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process and confirm your booking or consultation request.
• To communicate with you about your trip (pickup times, itinerary changes, etc.).
• To send occasional travel tips or offers, only if you opt in via our newsletter.
• To improve our trips and services based on reviews and feedback.

4. Sharing

We share limited booking details (name, date, traveler count) with the guides, drivers or operators directly running your trip — never for marketing purposes. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data Retention

Booking records are retained for accounting and legal purposes for as long as required by Egyptian law, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

6. Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements) by emailing hello@sunnyegypttravels.com.
