Siwa Stargazing Desert Night

With almost no light pollution for hundreds of kilometers in every direction, Siwa offers some of the best stargazing conditions in Egypt. This evening trip heads a short distance into the desert outside town, where a guide sets up telescopes and points out visible planets, constellations and, on clear nights, the Milky Way itself.
