Cancellation Window

Free cancellation up to 3 days (72 hours) before your trip's scheduled start time, for a full refund. The exact start time for your trip is always shown in your booking confirmation.

How to Cancel

Email hello@sunnyegypttravels.com or message us on WhatsApp with your booking number. We'll confirm your cancellation and refund in writing.

Cancellations by Sunny Egypt

On rare occasions we may need to cancel a trip (e.g. severe weather, insufficient group size for a group tour, or safety concerns). In this case you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

No-Shows

If you do not arrive at the agreed pickup point or meeting time without prior notice, the booking is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
