Day trips can often be booked 24–48 hours ahead. Multi-day trips, Nile cruises and peak-season dates (Dec–Jan) are best booked several weeks in advance.

Every booking is currently reserve now, pay later, so an eligible cancellation simply cancels your reservation with nothing to refund. If you've already paid your guide or captain in person for a trip that's then cancelled, we'll arrange the refund with you directly.
